Weeks On The Most Beautiful Island In The Pacific
For teenagers looking for the ultimate in adventure camping The Vineyard
now offers an island experience without comparison. The Vineyard in Kona,
Hawaii, offers a high adventure camp that is without equal in summer
camping!
Hawaii is, of course, the preeminent site for youth looking for the best
that nature has to offer: unparalleled surfing, the ocean's most
pristine coral reefs, idyllic waterfalls and streams, and the
unsurpassed beauty and diversity of snow capped mountains and black sand
beaches.
From our condos campers have a majestic view of the Pacific Ocean to the
south and to the north, the tallest mountain in the world, (from
submerged base to the pinnacle) Mauna Kea, looms over 13,000 feet above
the island.
Limited
placements are offered for two-weeks only each summer
Campers and staff will spend the evenings in beautiful accommodations
near
the ocean and spend all day touring the island. Breakfast and supper are
prepared at our main site, lunches are enjoyed in the mountains or at
the beach.
