Rajane is a native Guyanese but has spent most of her life in Tennessee. She has a degree in paralegal studies with a focus on immigration law. She's the wife to Norman Grant Jr and mother to three boys. She is meticulous and detail-orientated. In her spare time, she likes to watch investigative shows, cook her native country's food, and spend time with her family. As a South American native, Rajane is passionate about who is recruited and very focused on why before they are issued a DS form. Her vision and passion will serve Vineyard well as we embrace this relationship and strengthen the services offered.
Dr. Holly Nunn currently serves on our Board of Directors focusing on Alumni outreach and overseeing the camp infirmary. Holly is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist working in long-term care and resides in Raleigh, NC.
Norman Joins the Vineyard Family with a history of international recruiting and a passion for solving our national labor constraints through this medium. He’s a husband to Rajane Grant and father to three boys. A former teacher, chef, and most recent Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Norman has successfully implemented the J-1 Intern/Trainee program in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He was rewarded for his efforts in using international recruitment to improve the diversity in the city. Norman has been a J-1 participant, and his knowledge on both sides makes him an excellent fit for the Vineyard family, and we are excited about our future.
